  the Cedar River at Cedar Rapids.
* Until Sunday.
* At  4:00 am Tuesday the stage was 12.5 feet...and steady. 
* Flood stage is  12 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...rise to 15.0 feet Wednesday. Fall below flood stage 
  Sunday.
* Impact...at  14 feet...water affects the lowest sections of c 
  street SW near Prairie Creek.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Cedar River at Vinton.
* Until Wednesday evening.
* At  4:15 am Tuesday the stage was 15.8 feet...and rising. 
* Flood stage is  15 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...rise to 15.8 feet this morning. Fall below flood stage 
  Wednesday evening.
* Impact...at  15 feet...water affects much of 22nd Avenue Road.

Warning Message:Fog is developing over eastern Iowa and moving into northwest
Illinois early this morning. The fog is locally dense with
visibilities in some locations around one-quarter mile.
If you will be traveling this morning...especially during the
hours before sunrise...allow extra time to reach your destination.
The fog should begin to lift with visibilities improving between
8 and 9 am.
